To be able to say, my word is my bond you need to have proven yourself. Speak with virtue mean what you say. Refrain from using phrases that speak against yourself or spreading rumors about others. Use the superiority of your words in the way of truth and love. Let not your words bring bodily or mental harm to others.
Don’t take it to heart
Learn that everything is not about you. Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is an expression of their own reality. When you’re invulnerable to the choices and actions of others you won’t be the victim of needless suffering.
Don’t assume on anything
Find the courage to clear any doubts and to convey what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to evade misunderstandings, drama, and despair.
