Twenty-Eight People Arrested For Invading Chiyangwa’s Farm

Twenty-eight people have been arrested for invading a Chinhoyi farm belonging to a businessman and Zanu PF Member of Parliament, Phillip Chiyangwa. The alleged invaders have since appeared before magistrate Melody Rwizi facing charges of contravening Section 3(i)(4) of the Gazetted Land (Consequential Provisions) Act chapter 20:28 of 2006, which pertains to “occupation of gazetted land without lawful authority”. Government Investigating Death Of 14-Year-Old Pregnant Girl

The Ministry of Women Affairs, Community, Small and Medium Enterprises and other stakeholders are investigating the death of Memory Machaya, a 14-year-old girl who died while giving birth at a shrine in Bocha, Mutare District.
